I order their product and I was not satisfied so I return product and nov 10 and my tracking no said they received it Nov 14 and I send several email but know one gotten back to me about my refund and the phone number that they list when dial it said customer you are calling is not available . I've contacted my credit company they going to try to take care of it for me. Don't order from this company.

Products like this always seem a little scammy, but I decided to give it a try. I was super worried at first, because for about 24 hours after my order I didn't receive any confirmation email or anything.

I was going to make a ticket about it, but before I had the chance, their customer service reached out to me and apologized. their automated email system was down. Without any communication from me, they made contact, assured me everything was going to be alright, and also gave me a discount for free without me even asking. Their customer service is really great.

overall I like the device. the shipping was a little slow, but I am happy with my purchase!

I was looking around on Pinterest and the video ad was playing as I was scrolling down the page and it caught my eye. It was about weight loss with their hand-held tool to burn fat off your body, like they do in the spas only now they are available for personal use. I clicked on the ad and was taken to their website where I read all about the item. They were ScamPulse.com accredited, there was a 90-day 100% money back guarantee, free shipping, payment with either a credit card or PayPal and there were lots of testimonies with high ratings from people who had used this product. No price was given on the page so I clicked the button to take me to check-out where they gave 4 options of what to buy, i.e. just the hand-held item, or the hand-held item with cellulite cream, or two of the hand-held items, or one of the hand-held items with 2 cellulite creams. I saw the shipping was free. I saw the 90-day 100% money back guarantee. Then I noticed that the only way to pay was with a credit card. I scrolled down and it said a 30-day 100% money back guarantee minus shipping! I did not order from this site because the "minus shipping", the payment with only a credit card, and the 90-day changed to 30-day 100% money back guarantee made me think something wasn't right. I then checked with the ScamPulse.com and they did not show up as an accredited business. So I am reporting this site as a possible scam.
