BBB received a call from a customer regarding a call she received from a company called Techy.  The caller had a thick Indian accent. They were trying to tell her she had a virus on her computer and they could fix it.  She said it just did not sound right.  The company told her they were in Phoenix and with the BBB. Thus her call to us. We found no record of company.
