Called a mobile tech repair business to fix my phone. They drove down to where I lived and replaced the part that need to be fixed. The next day the same part failed to work and my phone was not usable for 2 days. I went to his business per his request to get it fixed again but his business was closed for "15 minutes." I stayed for 30 minutes and he never returned. I called again to schedule a follow up but he refused to come down.
