This fake shop is attempting to get money for a product they do not own or even sell. The coffee table mentioned in the post is a set of pictures from the inventor, Drew Fisher of https://www.fishersshoponline.com. The item doesn't sell for $19.99 but the cost is low enough that banks will merely refund the account holder because the cost of prosecution is more than they want to spend.

I miss the days when doing the right thing was more important than money.
