Con artist and evil horrible man
He ruined my space and I had to pay to fix it
He is not a contractor
He is a criminal and con artist

Teddrick was recommended to do a remodel for a property I own. Teddrick basically tore up the house and was using my house as a prop to attract customers, women, etc. He used kids and others to do his job. Never saw him do any physical work. Teddrick asked for 3's of the payment. Teddrick got us for about $34,000. Teddrick complaint about a hazardous material being in the attic. Teddrick had his workers going into the attic not suitd up properly to remove insulation. Teddrick charged close to $5,000 on our Home Depot card. Supposedly, my property was broken into and all the materials were gone. Teddrick could have sold them, returned or using them on another job but all what we purchased was stolen. This has been a tough time for us. Got two loans to make this house livable for the next family. Teddrick is an overconfident individual and a liar. He has a worker Cowboy who does all the work. Teddrick target women and kids.
Teddrick tells people he's been in the military and he has two kids. What I've discovered is he rents his vehicles to get around but once he gets the job he will start showing up in different vehicles. Teddrick, also doesn't have a stable address.
He doesn't have a police record. He target elderly people and people he feels are vulnerable, are down on their luck and are on a time restraint. He also, has worked in Arkansas, Louisiana etc.
It's true when you hear people say, contractors are con artist and scammers. He does have websites and people around him but I'm wondering if they know the real Teddrick Scott. We've reached out to him, but his voice mail is full. He also used on my Home Depot invoices Lane Valentines Industrials. The number to the business I called is disconnected.
Teddrick left my property in ways I can't explain and us in a bind. I will not ever trust another contractor.
He screwed men over and I’m getting him sued or arrested
