On Nov. 17th I saw an add on Facebook for Tee 4 Cool Grandma. I went to the website and placed an order for 4 shirts, the total was $103.84. Around Dec. 10th I received an email that the order had shipped, however on Dec. 20th I still had not received the order. I emailed and asked for shipping info so I could see if I would get the order by Christmas. No response. After Christmas I send 2 emails and a facebook message. I finally got a response back that said that there was a error in the printing process and they would fix it as soon as they could. I received an email that it had shipped that day (Dec. 27th) I still have no received my shirts and when I email them, I get a generic email that says they will respond in 24-48 hours, but no one has responded and it has been a week. On ripoffreport.com I found that the company has 17 complaints, all has had similar experience.
