You state that because this “period” it takes longer to make a shipment? Why did you take my money for the faster shipment if you couldn’t make it happen. How about a refund? If I knew it wouldn’t be here by Christmas, I would not have paid you extra money for expedited shipping. We haven’t had this issue with you before on any of the many items we’ve bought, but this is ending our relationship. Your excuses don’t cut it……
