SCAM!

1- They did not send order confirmation nor receipt of purchase
2-They did not send tracking information
3-They did not send the product
4-After emailing support several times, they finally sent package, provided receipt and tracking number
5- Merchandise arrived about 2 months after purchase
6-Merchandise did not meet specs in order (size was 4 inches smaller in every dimension than indicated on website)
7-Customer Support has not responded to four emails in four weeks regarding return process

We reported it to TeeHag year ago several times and never got a response. The listing is still up. DO NOT BUY THESE DESIGNS. You will be buying stolen designs buying on these sites.

On December 4th I ordered a Kentucky shirt and have not received it yet. My credit card was charged but have seen nor heard anything about my order! I have nothing to know who to contact to get a refund.

Scammers n thieves

Ordered a Christmas gift from them on Nov 18. Have not received but have been told it was mailed by UPS. Seven times I have requested shipping info to track and they ignored request. Told twice they sent another hoodie overnight via UPS. Never came n they would never provide shipping info. The telephone line listed on website has been out of service for three weeks. The website states they are located in San Diego- they are located in Vietnam. I have reported them to the BBB, Attorney General of CA and DA for San Diego. Keeping my $47 will net them more hell than they can deal with!

The quality of the t-shirt is very nice. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong organization s shirt. Customer service went way above & beyond to figure out what I really wanted and get it out to me. I will definitely order from teehag again.

My husband bought a tee shirt advertised on The Chosen tv show about Jesus. The shirt never came so he contacted The Chosen.com and was told the order number he was given was not in their system. Buyer beware. Tee Hag is pirating material from The Chosen.

I ordered two tshirts and they both came with the wrong print and one was even printed on the back of the Tshirt in error. They offered to refund my money only after I return the shirts at MY expense to Saudi Arabia. Imagine the cost of that from the USA. This too was only after getting PayPal involved. TeeHag would never answer any of my emails.

Were you able to even get an order number? I got confirmation of my payment through PayPal, and a "Thank You" screen at the time I placed my order. But, I have never been able to find an order number and never received any kind of email confirmation.

A user on their site STOLE our design "Powered By Tsampa". I reported it weeks ago. No response from the three listed email addresses I wrote to. The design is still up. The THIEF ripped a low res screenshot wholesale and had zero skills to even remove our name from the shirt design. @FreeTibetByDesign are on RedBubble and TeePublic with the user IDs "freetibetdesign", "freetibet". All designs on our shops are copyright of @FreeTibetByDesign.

As I write this in January 2022, TeeHag has never responded to my multiple emails, never mind taken down our stolen design. I just spotted it on a mirror site called Busitees.

Please do not buy from these scammer sites using stolen designs.

SCAM! Overpriced and bad quality. Ordered a t-shirt and during the FIRST wear the seams on the sleeves fell apart. Don't bother contacting customer service - it doesn't exist! No one ever gets back. Will never purchase there again. :(

SCAMMER. Save your money. Ordered a tank top over a month ago. Paid for expedited delivery. Was suppose to receive in 7 days. No response to inquiries from Tee Hag. Company portrays itself as being located in California. My shipment came from Egypt. I ordered a Nascar design and it looks like a 6 month old went crazy with a crayon. Cannot even recognize a race car image. Everything is blurry and distorted. Buyers beware!

Beware! Had bad experience with this company (not located in the us) ordered 2 t-shirts : one of the shirts had a very large stain on the front. Contacted them thru numerous e. Mails with no resolution - filed a dispute/claim through paypal. Result: teehad advised send both t-shirts back to them (Saudi Arabia!) which would cost $124 us dollars! What a joke!

They are a scam. I bought a shirt just under $40 and I never received it. I requested a tracking number, I never got one. All they give you is a order number that can be looked up on there page. Horrible fake company that takes your money.

I ordered a tee shirt from a Facebook ad. They said is was ordered. This was in May 2018. It now Sept. and no shirt. I tried to email them many times, but no reply. Of course they took my money. When tried to order it the web site did not record it. I tried 3 times to order it, and it still did not work. I gave up and it said I order it 3 times (probable part of their scam). My money is gone, but please warn others not to buy anything form teehag.
