TeeMinus24 - This seems more like fraud than a scam/a company not standing behind their product. I noticed they are not listed in the Better Business Bureau site at all. I do not believe that they are legit. My husband ordered a 2X tshirt that was to be 50-53" across the chest. The size that arrived says 2X but it may fit a child. I reached out to them using the chat box that they have available. There is not any contact info provided on their website. They say I need to pay to send it back, and also pay them to send the replacement. They provided only their email address, so that I can send them more money. I am not comfortable with this. Anyone who uses them to print their t-shirts should cease to do so and they should be banned from selling in the US. They said if I do not like their policy, that I need to contact someone else, but would not provide their contact info. I want this report to serve as a warning to others. I am done fighting with them.
