i ordered a singer sewing machine and after they took my money i received an email stating they received the money and the order was being processed. A week after they said it left the facility and was enroute...that was April 2020. Whenever i contacted them, I got a computer generated answer that has nothing to do with the question. I contacted my credit card company and was refunded pending an investigation. To date still nothing, and we're in July. Definitely a scam.

This company has scammed me as well! I ordered my sewing machine in April! They took my money ASAP and took over two months for me to receive two face masks! This company is a scam! I want my money back now! I am going to raise hell! How dare you take advantage of people at such a difficult time! Shame on you! I even emailed this company multiple times regarding my order and I was comforted by a reply to every email I sent.. smh this is disgustingly upsetting! Stealing from people

Ordered a Singer Confidence Sewing machine from Teensurge & after waiting 3 weeks for the item, this is what they sent me, 2 facemasks just so they could have a delivery confirmation. Theres no contact number, only email. Lost $70 ? not happy right now.

I had searched for a featherweight sewing machine online. Found 2 that I thought would be great as gifts, very good price (garage sale price instead of collector price). Ordered 2 of the 4 that were listed for good prices, both from the same company, "Teensurge". I became a bit suspicious when the sewing machines were both still listed the next day. Two days later, the machines were no longer on the web, but 5 days later the machines are again listed, under the company "Chepeal."
