I keep getting the run-around they sent bogus tracking numbers and weeks later still no tracking movement and still no product people beware

Fiz a compra de uma camiseta ontem no site Teerolls.
Porém, depois que efetuei o pagamento, vi que a camisa era diferente da que eu queria, então, tentei cancelar, mas não à essa opção no site, então mandei um e-mail para eles, logo em seguida pedindo o cancelamento.
Depois vi que foi cobrado, 155,00 reais na camisa, fiquei desesperada, pois não sabia que o valor que estava no site, ainda não havia sido convertido em reais. Logo mandei outro e-mail, pedindo o cancelamento de novo, pois eu não tinha condições financeiras pra pagar o valor que havia dado, mas daí, não me responderam mais.

Ontem realizei uma compra no site Teerolls, e no fim da compra vi que o produto era o errado, entrei em contato imediatamente para fazer o cancelamento, mas nada.
Mandei hoje uns 10 emails pra eles, e eles nem se quer me retornaram.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They advertised that they were Vans.. they were not Vans! I paid $70. For a pair of shoe that look like they came from a swap meet! I filed a claim through PayPal and unfortunately PayPal sided with the company. I have photos and proof of others that complained about the same thing.. and PayPal still sided with them. I’m very disappointed in PayPal as well. This company is a SCAM! They lie and sell low quality clothes! Do not advertise it’s a name brand product and give me swap meet crap!

Supposed to be custom hat $45 what a joke and they don’t want to refund your money. They send you a dime store hat that has no support or design embroidery! It’s a stamped picture on cheap thin material and when you get it the hat is smashed and not wearable! Don’t buy anything from these people it’s a SCAM!

I placed an order March 28th for a pirate Mickey shirt. I received the confirmation of the order then nothing after. I sent an email and nothing. I will dispute purchase with PayPal.

I believe Teerolls is the same as Teecattee. I ordered two shirts on Nov. 28, 2020. The website shows, shirts will be processed and shipped 5 - 7 after there ordered. As of today Jan. 15, 2021, I still haven't received my shirts. I tried calling the number on their website 307-774-2950 which isn't legit. It says the number or code is incorrect. I tried emailing them from my Hotmail address which is what I used to create my account, and it wouldn't go through. Received a undeliverable message that their server isn't set up to accept emails from this domain. I did email them four times from my Yahoo account as well as mailing them a letter. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Thankfully though, since they use Paypal, I contacted Paypal and was refunded my money. Stay away from this company. Total scam...

I buy a tshirts a 10 days ago, they send a tracking number from DHL, when contacted DHL they said this number not exist, I try to call the seller but the number is disconnected, I try to send a email and all emails come back, I check the reviews and all the people have the same problem

Unlike the other posts, I did receive the t-shirt I ordered. However, it shrunk significantly after the first wash, even though we followed the instructions on the tag. I got it for my husband’s first Father’s Day, and now he can’t wear it. When I reached out to the company, they said there is nothing they can do because their shirts don’t shrink. They said it was because I ordered the wrong size.

Ordered a shirt June 3rd. Its July 2nd still has not came in. I emailed them about 10times total and all they can say is I assure you your package is coming. They gave me a tracking # at first which said waiting for update then tracking was completely gone. I asked for an update on tracking info and they couldn't give me any info. I'm calling my card company today to dispute this and they can keep the shirt! Dont buy from this company. Worse service I experienced shopping online.

Horrible company Do Not I repeat Do Not order anything from them. I ordered a t shirt and it never came . Tried to contact the company with the fake phone number listed in the email I received as conformation when my order was originally placed, recorded message says not a valid number. So I sent several email asking for tracking information finally got a response back with the tracking information the day I received the shirt that is 2 sizes too large. Will use a night shirt I guess ( lol ) not worth the hassle of trying to get money back or right size shirt after waiting 3 1/2 weeks. Please post on all your social networks so others know to beware of this website they are scammers !

They never send you tracking information the phone number in the email you get confirmation the order is out of order! It’s just a front a scam to get money they are crooks .
