I purchased a comforter set from Tee Rozy on April 17, 2020 for $90.98. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT YET and it’s been over 2 months. They do not respond to my emails. I have sent numerous emails requesting my product and they blamed the slow timing on covid. I then sent numerous emails regarding a refund and they HAVE NOT replied to those. I am very angry about this. I don’t have my product and they don’t seem to want to refund me. What can be done?

Do not order there masks, they never shipped mine and said they were held up at a shipping faculty that was 2 months ago 3 months since ordered I count the money as a loss will never see it again I just don't want someone else to fall for it .
