I ordered an item from this website and got a confirmation email and an invoice describing my purchase and the cost. The confirmation email stated that they had received my order and would send another email with the tracking number when my order was shipped. This was in October. After a few weeks, I called the number provided and emailed to inquire about my item. There was no answer from either source. I continued calling another 4-5 times and emailed another 2 times with no response. I am out $68.99 from this ridiculous site. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

Here is the email I received almost a month ago (Oct. 7) and I have received nothing since despite sending out two more emails and I am out over $200 and don't have the item I ordered. Also when I click on the link to view my order the "page is not found"

Your order is being processing. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

The orders will be processing within 3-7 days, then we start to ship the orders. Most customers will receive their packages in 10-20 days after an order is processed. In some cases, the product you order is in high demand and it could cause the delay of processing time from 2-3 more days. However, we'll try our best to keep the total shipping time in our time frame: 14-28 days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also notify you via email of any important tracking information.
