I paid $3,600 for a program at Tek School, believing the school was legitimate and expecting career support and job placement assistance. However, upon completion, I received a resume that contains inaccurate information about my skills and experience, which I cannot use for job applications. Despite reaching out several times via email and phone to request a full refund, I have not received any response.
Resolution Requested:
I am requesting a full refund of the $3,600 paid for the program due to the misleading resume and the lack of communication. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider taking further action, including filing complaints with other consumer protection agencies to prevent this from happening to others.
