Fraudulent employment through Snagajob

Received a text message asking to use the Signal app for an IM interview. The questions were silly and they obtained my name, address, phone number, and bank name.

This company hired me back in October 2021. I never started. Before every start date they will find a way to push back your day even further. They do not respond to emails or call until you share your are reporting them. They sent me equipment in mail that’s super old and b can’t be used. When I called to Inform then they had no idea of what I was speaking about because I had a different modem computer.

Do not share your information. You’ll never hear from them again. They will send you scam emails to try and keep you in the loop but it’s fraudulent. They have no real numbers or emails.

I was looking for Freelance work on Freelancer.com and was contacted by what I thought was a recruiter from Teleperformance as a data entry clerk. I was interviewed and offered the job, but everything was done on the app Telegram. The sent me a list of items needed for my home office, and a check to pay for them. It was a phony check that I did deposit, thought I had ordered the equipment via a link they sent me. The next day, the bank informed me that the check was fraudulent. The company I called to purchase the equipment was a fake. Teleperformance is a real company. I did my research before excepting, but was still scammed. Please beware of scammers using real company names to recruit. Double check the email to make sure the name is spelled correctly and never never buy gift cards!!!

Signed up on Indeed.com for work from home. Job became available that sounded like what I wanted so I sent a resume. A few days later I got an email saying that they had reviewed my resume in HR and thought I qualified for one of the openings available. Required me to install Signal Private Messenger, which I did. Then I got an email from Sasha [email protected] saying that they were setting up an interview via Signal. I with through the interview process on WhatsApp with Mr. Kramer and then he forwarded our responses back and forth on to his supervisor. I received a message on WhatsApp saying that I had been approved and was hired. They then told me they were sending me a check via email that I should print, both sides of the check and deposit it into my account to use to purchase the equipment and programs I would need to do the work.

i received and email about an amazing job that said to contact the company's chief executive officer by Telegram. i contacted Ekaterina Osina and she proceeded with my online interview. all seemed fine until i was told the money i received for work materials will be sent to an account of a their vendor. i was told that i could only use their vendor so i became suspicious. when i asked questions she became rude and wouldn't answer the questions. my gut said it wasn't right but i listened too late. no money lost but i filled out paperwork with all my info so now they have my identity.

I received a email stating that they had looked at my resume and said I was a good fit for one of their positions, and instructed me to go to a google chat. They gave me a name and email address to invite someone to the interview.

during the interview they said this would be a work at home job, that I would need equipment and software and said they would send me a check . I received a check by fed ex for $4856.68 I went to the chat and told him the check was larger than what they told me that it would be. He told that it was extra for the delivery of the equipment.

I took the check to the bank and asked them to check it out, they told me to google the routing number to find the bank and then call the bank to make sure the account was still open. I called the bank and they had many inquiries about the account and the account was not a good account.
