Person called and left message regarding a court ordered summons about debt owed. Claimed he was with a group of lawyers. After checking online the number is a scammer number. Belligerent and used profanity inciting an argument.

Person by the name of Adam White called requesting to speak to me (my first marriage name from over 40 yrs ago) regarding a case #. He is from United Process Service. He is making a final attempt to serve a court summons to the property address attached to this record. The documents require a signature for proper service and delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be present and available contact issuing agents legal department for further information at 888-585-0804. Failure to communicate with the office with result and penalties and fines under their title 18 section 15 0 one willful evasion of service.
