I am not 100% this is a scam. It just sounds dodgy and I believe you should be aware of it. I am from the UK and have ran in to this website which they claimed to be from the UK but their IP Address is running from the US just thought I'd share to say go careful.

I tried finding reviews but Unfortunatley running the name "Telepremier" through google brings up nothing. Claim to be Franchising.
