Employment Scam

I’ve been applying for jobs on indeed, Zoho and Ziprecruiter. BEWARE! There are fake companies ready to scam you on those sites. This particular one is called Teletechnonet. This guy emails me named Franklin from this email address [email protected] telling me I have a job. I go through a hiring process via Microsoft meets app with this lady Sonia the supposed HR manager. The first red flag is them telling me they will upload money unto my credit card to pay for the needed items for my remote position. I lied and said I don’t have a credit card so they said they’ll mail me out a check instead to pay for the needed equipment to do my remote work. Then She tells me I have to purchase the latest IPhone 16 and send it to the vendor to be branded. I will post a direct message “ You will be required to mail out the personal gadget purchased as the vendor will be responsible for installing and making upgrades, also will brand item with the company’s logo and setup a direct account payment which will be scheduled for a monthly payment on both items purchased and services rendered on it. Clear?“ DONT DO IT! I called them out on their bs then I played dumb like they convinced me the company was real so they can give me the address to the vendor. This address is involved in MULTIPLE Nigerian scams for years. Do your research . Dont give anyone your credit card information, devices to be sent or ANYTHING! That’s not normal Don’t fall for it. If you’re reading this than you’re probably have some brains in your head. Follow your gut, I’m here to tell you to do your research.
