I made my purchase and immediately sent an email asking to have the order canceled as I recognized this was not the legitimate Telfar website. Customer service took 2 days to respond to me. By the time they did, they advised me that the order could not be canceled as it has already been shipped even though I did not get tracking information at that time.
I was advised by customer service to wait until I got the product, and if I still did not want it, to contact them immediately to discuss a refund. Around 3 and a half walks later I received the product. Was it fake, yes! Absolutely. But it was not the color I ordered. I emailed the company stating I did not get the right color and I want a refund.
The customer service rep responded to me asking for photos of the product, which I did send. I was then told that the price to return it would be too expensive so and they would give me a 4% refund. They additionally told me if i want I can give it to someone else.
The return label in the package sent to me is an address in Jamaica Queens. When I googled it, a children's clothing store pops up and a lot of information pertaining to scam watchers. It is not a Telfar store or warehouse.
I truly just want my money back.
