DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TELFARBAGSOUTLET.COM! SCAM! This website is a scam, not the real thing. I realized once I got a confirmation of purchase email from China. I reached out to customer service to cancel the order and they refused claiming it shipped. All customer service is in broken English so you can tell it is a scam after purchase.

Made a purchase of a telfar bag paid my money and haven't received anything tried emailing but have not got a response is ther a way to get my money back. .its been a week and still nothing at this point I don't know what to do im starting to believe I was scamed.and this site should be removed so this doesn't happen to other people.

I purchased what I believed to be a telfar bag from the site telfarbagsoutlet.com on April 17.

I google searched telfar, the site was the first listed so I assumed it was the legit site.

I attempted to track my order a week later. Using the order number provided and the email used for the order and it indicated the order was complete but no information to track the order.. have reached out via the customer service email listed, which is [email protected]. I

received a reply a few days later stating my order's tracking information would be updated within 2-4 days. After waiting the adviced number of days I attempted to contact the email address I received a reply from but unfortunately received an unreachable messsge reply. The phone number provided is a busy signal no matter what time i call. I have yet received any updated tracking information nor have I received a reply to several emails sent And now the [email protected] email I originally reached out to has replied with a rejected message. I have snapshot of the attempts made to contact. As well as a reply from the actual telfar customer service, advising me that the site I attempted to make a purchase from is a fraud/imposter.
