I ordered a Callaway Org 14 cart golf bag online in early July off this site and what I recieved was a key chain. When I contacted the seller that stated it was a warehouse mix up and then now could not send me my order. I then requested a refund and was only offered 5% money back. I pressed and then they offered 10% refund. When I look on their site the Company name is different then the website.
