Scammer was acting like a dog breeder, using the name I presented. I was trying to get a puppy for Christmas, and she had contacted me and we have emails back and forth. She told me she would sell me the puppy for $1,000 plus $249 for transportation. The woman sent me a picture of a couple of dogs after i gave her my name and number which never came to my phone she ended up sending it to my email. Took me a while to decide on the puppy, then she sent her Drivers License and Debit Card that I have in my email to try and act like she was that person and this was a serious inquiry and I ended up sending $500 for the puppy and was to pay the rest when the puppy made it. I tried getting in contact with over and over and when they did contact me back, they were acting like they were at a airport trying to send the puppy through a global carriage service (929)-724-4252. Sent me a email with a TRACKING NUMBER: GCS-051662839700-AR for globalcarriageservice.com . When I first tried to get on the website it would never load then I say about 45mins later the page loaded but the tracking number didn't exist. Received a email from the globalcarriageservive.com saying the puppy was not insured and they wanted me to send a additional $875 for the puppy to be insured and I would receive 98% back when the puppy made it. I talked to the woman and man again and they were saying that the puppy was there an all i had to do was pay the other amount and everything would go as planned. Told them that things wasn't adding up because at first, the woman told me to have the puppy shipped would be $249 and I sent $500. The man said they would send the money back if i did not agree and i told them I wasn't going to send anymore money. Then he offered to pay half and all I would have to send was $250 and $250 is not half of $875. So with him continuing saying all i had to pay was the $250 I told him to take it from the $500 I sent already and I would add it on with the rest of the money when the puppy made it. From there I never heard anything back.

this is a site that supposedly helps breeders of dogs match up with buyers that are looking for a particular breed. I signed up after speaking to one of the people. I used my credit card for payment. This is a total scam site. They send you random names and emails of people and phone numbers and there is never a response from the potential buyers. These are supposedly people that are interested in getting a puppy but then they never respond back. I have spoken to more than one person and they have the same experience with this company. I disputed the charge with my credit card but it was not refunded to me. They do absolutely nothing for the 200 fee they charge. I have requested a refund from them also and was told no, this site is a scam.
