The person sells crafting supplies (glitter, resin molds, transfers for tshirts, ect). Ive ordered from her a couple of times and in the beginning it was fine. Excellent communication, really helpful, order showed up on time. The second time i ordered, i had a hard tine getting ahold of her, questions were taking longer to get a response to. Third time in April, i got ignored completely. No response on social media of any kind, no response to messages through the Shop app where my order is being shipped through (honestly i dont even know what the app is for). My posts and comments started disappearing at this point with no explanation as to why (even though ive asked). I got my order over a week late and decided not to order from her anymore. This time two and half weeks ago, i decided to give her one more try as things on facebook show that she was improving. I placed an order that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days on November 6th. I am still waiting for it to ship. Ive messaged her on the Shop app multiple times, nothing. Multiple times on Facebook, nothing. My comments and posts are getting deleted and i saw yesterday i am now restricted from posting in her group because i told her it was extremely unprofessional to treat people this way. Shes not inactive. Shes commenting on other peoples' posts, making posts about meeting new people and pushing her posts about the deals she has to sell. Shes just in this to take money. I have no option to get a refund and cannot communicate to cancel my order. Today is November 17th and my order is still pending. I also have screenshots of when ive tried to reach out.
