Placed order Fri, Feb 10, 2023. I sent several emails checking on the status of my order. I was told that my order was delayed, and received a tracking number. Then the tracking number showed my order was delivered. I contacted this company many times after that. Today I was told that my package was delivered but it was another customer's order(a ring), with no information if my package would be delivered. With the lack of communication and the lack of providing my package, I really think this is a scam. I know it is not a lot of money but it is the point of integrity and communication. I did receive a ring with no information about it and when we looked up the company it came from, there were several complaints that it was a scam.
