I was searching for winter lined leggings for Christmas presenters for my wife and sisters. This online ad appeared on my Facebook account advertising exactly what I was looking for. I only intended to purchase a few pies of leggings but I was charged for 9 pairs through PayPal for a total of $260.89. I immediately tried to cancel this order but the company would not approve the cancellation request. The company does not have a physical address or phone number to contact for customer service. Only an email address.

They still will not accept a return or refund my purchase. The leggings are also not American sizes they are Asian or European sizes. My wife is normally a size small and she could not even fit into the medium sized leggings.

The original ad showed up on Facebook marketplace, indicating a special Black Friday deal. To my fault, I did not research enough of the company prior to ordering, but the website looked legitimate. About a week goes by and I was sent no tracking info on my order. This prompted me to do some research on this website. There is no phone number, the email address looks funny ([email protected]), it is registered to China, and I cannot find any reviews on any items by individuals who received their packages. The website claims they sold 30,000 units of this and 50,000 units of this, but there is no proof. I don't expect to ever received my shipment.
