Procurement Manager – TEMSI

Position Overview:
There are two options for this position, full-time and part-time. You can also start part-time and later switch to full-time employment.
This is a remote position, indicating that you can work from your own home. You will be responsible for obtaining products/goods from various vendors in a cost-effective manner.
Base salary is $98,400.00 per year ($8,200.00 per month) + commission for every completed task, which ranges from 10%-15% of the purchase amount.
Key duties:
Create/maintain purchase orders from various vendors including online and your local stores;
Negotiate with diverse suppliers for optimized rates;
Monitor and manage supplier relationships and conduct on-going supplier analysis;
Coordinate all activities related to procurement of materials from forecast to delivery;
Create and maintain daily shipment, open order, revenue and on time delivery reports;
Review inventory level, sales forecast, and safety quantities to match the company’s continuous growth;
Plan, purchase, schedule products to support on-time shipments and customer commitments while maintaining inventory levels at optimal levels;
Report your activities to your personal supervisor.

Educational Period:
You will be given very clear guidelines to complete tasks, while on educational period. All these tasks are not going to take more than 1-2 hours of a day. Please see in-depth explanation below of such tasks:
Stage 1: Your personal supervisor will approve and negotiate the list of necessary products, project conditions, overall amount, delivery options and purchase locations.
Stage 2: Right after you obtain an appropriate amount from us, you will have an assigned period of time to purchase needed products from online or your local stores. All goods can be purchased and transported out legally with no prohibitions. In most cases, you will be obtaining electronic products including Dell, Apple products, digital gift certificates etcetera. List of required products may vary. The supervisor will always indicate the type and the quantity of the goods needed in advance. Our company respects your interests, therefore in case you might be unable to obtain particular item/items, the supervisor will offer you a different option.
Stage 3: Right after a purchasing stage, you will have to send us scans of receipts/documents or photos of obtained items.
Some products will need shipment from your local/nearest post office. All expenses are covered by our company. Then you can proceed to the next task.
Salary Rates/Benefits:
Company benefits including health insurance and vacation after the educational period.
The educational period is also provided with the regular monthly salary payments along with commissions. You will receive your commission plus your salary by check or wire transfer to your personal bank account according to your choice. An example: during the educational period you have successfully accomplished 6 tasks, $11,500.00 each:
Commission per task: $1,150.00 (10% of $11,500.00)
Task total: 6
Total commission amount: $6,900.00 ($1,150.00 x 6)
Your monthly salary: $8,200.00
Total: $15,100.00
In this case, you will receive $15,100.00 total within one week after the three weeks of educational period. It is also possible for you to receive the commission after each completed task/assignment.
