so I called the bank ( Chase) and they stated the check is not good and want the name and number of the company that you are with so they can verify and confirm Please advise

Well Mr Chen this has gone on long enough and I will be reporting this entire conversation. This is nothing but a scam, and I refuse to continue this (arguably enjoyable) conversation any longer.
Not everyone is as gullible as you seem to think we are.

But never got a face to face interview, as the interview texts were very impersonal, had spelling and grammar errors, and seemed almost automated.
I was told I was hired 20 minutes in to the interview texts. The supposed company rep on Whatsapp texted that they will deposit startup funds via check, and that they will guide me on depositing my check.
Of course all this is all appears sketchy, and is all a scam.
They will just gain access to the scammed persons bank account, end result.
Do not give them your bank account information. If you happen to, and are reading this after the facts, contact your bank as soon as possible and keep any and all records to report as much information as possible, if needed.
