I ordered from this company on 12/09/2024. My order was “shipped” on 12/16/2024. I received no tracking code- it was deemed “Not Trackable.” I have reached out to this company multiple times via email and social media. They responded to me via email on 12/30/2024 saying they would send me a “replacement” which I have still not received. I have been emailing them on a weekly basis just to hear nothing. Their social media comments are filled with angry customers and they continue to delete the posts and comments meanwhile they are ignoring everyone’s order concerns.
