I accidently went to this website www.tennesseedriversservices.org thinking I was on an official government website to change my address and receive a new driver license. The company charges a fee of 19.95 and then redirected me to the government website. I did not receive the service I needed, and feel they took personal information from me for a fee. I have reported the company to TBI Fusion Center and Federal Trade Commission.

This is a third party website and their disclosure on the top of the website is in small print, which I wonder if it is legal size. I have requested a refund of my money and still waiting for the response.
