I found the website through a Facebook ad. I ordered an organization shelf for $49.98 on March 27th and what I received was a cheap ratchet screwdriver set. I tried emailing through the contact us link on their site and it's a personal email address. Further digging showed that the site is also shown as dorizan or tenson, the contact is Carol Yazdoria. My shipping confirmation states I've ordered from shopexr.com. the bottom of the about page has a copy and pasted image of information for the following company Meledo Company Limited 372 Southampton Row, Great London, WC1B SHJ, United Kingdom. It lists a company number 11736866 and a phone number of 442086385417. After searching I've found many people reporting similar experiences, ordering a pet fence for 49.98 and receiving a scarf etc. They offer free shipping for purchases over $40.

I paid 49.98 for my dreambox and got a tracking number it was fake I tried emailing them and no reply I hope these people get what they deserve I am on a fixed income and I somehow will get my back

Ad popped up on Facebook, I knew it was too cheap to be true, but I did it anyway. The purchase process looked normal, I entered credit card information, I got a confirmation email, then later got tracking information. I placed the order on February 18 and while the tracking says it arrived March 8, I did not get it until March 9. The wrong item had arrived, and that's when I looked up the company and realized it was a scam. I ordered a craft storage cabinet but a scarf arrived instead. Much smaller and very different than expected! I have contacted the seller but will be shocked if I hear back.

Facebook ad for a Dreambox craft cabinet. Ad stated they were going out of business and selling off item at reduced price. Ad showed location of store/distributor was in Ottawa, Canada and made in China. Picked my cabinet type. Delivery was free and was to be shipped by Linlong. A tracking number was supplied. A confirmation email was sent and tracking number worked and showed delivery. A package was delivered one month after ordered. It was not the cabinet, but a silk scarf. The information on the package: from ruby lee Ziyu Dongjun, middle section of Shunshi Road, Shanxian, Heze, Shandong 274399 China

The transaction was originally blocked by my bank because it was "international," I authorized it, then did my research. I received 2 emails, one from tenson saying "order confirmed." The other from dorizan saying " complete your transaction." With no tracking information or anything else. I searched online and found multiple people on multiple websites referring to this website.

I purchased an craft organizing table from their link on Facebook. I received a confirmation email then a later link with the shipping number. I waited and followed the item as is was at a local post office. Then for some reason the post office declined. I then reached out to the shipping and received a package later that week. It was a dollar store screw driver set instead of the desk I ordered. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. Other people have let the same reports that they had been scammed by this company as well.

My wife saw the ad on Facebook for a cabinet that she wanted and ordered it thru the posting on January 1, 2023. No shipping information was received, no communication was received, and after a month of not hearing anything, no email was received back. In digging deeper, this "store" is a scam site and needs shutdown.

Dorizan had an ad on Facebook indicating a going out of business sale and was offering their DreamBox for $49.
