On October 10th 2024 I ordered 1 2024 New Professional Drone, I have been charged and received 4 in total, I require a refund for the 3 I did not order, and then I will return the unordered drones to a local handler. The amounts were paid by PayPal. I am Luke Kitto my email address is [email protected] I have raised this query with PayPal but have not received a response.

I oerdered a pullover from this company on the 6th October "astyCer Co Ltd" on October 6th. When the item arrived, I did not like the qualityof the pullover, or the fact that the item was too big for me. I informed the company the same day it arrived and said that I rejected the item and said that I wanted to return the item and have a refund.

I paid $8,99 for the delivery to me, so I asked them for a returns label, but they said that I had to pay for the return costs, which could be expensive, so they offered me $3 in compensation and said that was all they could do. I rejected their offer of compensation, so they upped the offer to $5 which I again rejected and opened a case against them with PayPal. After I opened the dispute with Paypal, they increased the offer up to £10, but again saud that was all they could do.

PayPal stepped in and the company said that they would give me a refund of the contested amount of $36.59cents if and when the item was received back by them. I have partially packed the "Return Cargo", but my courier needs to know the correct email address for the company and a telephone number.

I asked for these details from the seller on Nov 1st, but no information is forthcoming, except the fact that their email is [email protected], and their is no elephone number listed.

I am of the opinion that this company is a scam company selling substandard clothes and items at an inflated price, witout any intention of giving refunds back to their customers.

I received a product that did not look anything like the photo... It went straight into the garbage because there was no returning it and they gave me $10 back $10 Canadian and I paid $60 so... Sad to say I was ripped off. Don't make the same mistake

I made a purchase on February 8. They sent a tracking number that said the item was coming from Italy. I kept getting emails with “updates” to the tracking, but no product over a month later. I contacted them through PayPal and they said there was something wrong with the tracking number and sent me another tracking number. Now it says the product is coming from China and will arrive between April 6-April 8. TWO MONTHS after I was charged and after the dispute period with PayPal. I suspect there is no product and they just depend on people “forgetting” they paid for something they never received. O on should do business with these SCAMMERS.

I feel like I have gotten run around with this order, the sweaters were Christmas gifts, tracking keeps saying same thing, I just want my refund please.,have been checking emailed often to see what is going on but always the same , this company should not take advantage of people.makes a person learly of shopping online when companys like this doesn't stand by they word, Thank you Dona Christian

On December 6 2023 I ordered sweaters from TerBYME Technology Co.Ltd. They were shipped on Devember 17th by doragate DOR0121224146CN. Invoice WRM2U29043. The last tracking was end of December showing the shipment was in St. Louis. No more contact. I have not received that shipment. Cost was $83.10 paid by PayPal. I have no contact information for this company that works.

Purchased merchandise on June 9th 2023 from a Instagram add claiming to be an American company the tracking provided kept going to blank page, in August filed with PayPal for a refund and opened dispute. PayPal suggested contacting them for a resolution I requested a refund merchant refused refund and stated they provided another tracking after I requested a refund so they didn’t even send merchandise yet over a month later. The second tracking showed delivery on September 6th 2023. I reported to PayPal no item was not delivered I still didn’t receive merchandise or a refund. Today September 13th, 2023 PayPal denied my dispute so I am out my hard working money and a long time PayPal customer not supported by them. Just want to warn anyone else from getting scammed by this horrible company TerBYME Technology Co.Ltd and PayPal won’t help you if you use their services with purchasing from this bogus company.
