Ordered a full length mirror that lights up & swivels with storage for jewelry. Received a confirmation email. Then about a month later finally received email stating it shipped with a tracking number & odd site to track items but is China so I didn’t think much of it. Then nothing for another month then I emailed asking where my order is with a response of needing order number etc. I did not respond. Then I got an email stating it was delivered. It was not delivered. It never came. I emailed asking about it & how it stated delivered. No response. Emailed again asking. No response. Finally went online to see if I could find a number to call & saw a heading stating that lulusans.com is fake. Read about it then emailed them a nasty email about how they are wrong for doing this & I wanted my money back or I’d take it to the proper authorities. It’s been over 2 months so I’m worried I won’t be able to get my money back or have my bank do anything either. Also a little concerned with any other possible issues that may come from giving info to them thinking they were real.
