Bought an item that was advertised as an electronic dog and the item would require batteries. I received a STUFFED animal That is NOT electronically. There are several other customers that were mislead and scammed as well

Company is "Lovely Puppies" on Facebook. They have videos showing life-like puppies. The videos show puppies walking, running, responding to being touched, etcetera. On September 19, 2020, I purchased one as a birthday gift for $19.99 plus $9.99 shipping totaling $ 30.58. When it arrived, it was nothing even remote to what they advertise. It is a small plastic novelty sitting dog one would put on a shelf. No moving parts, no batteries. It would cost at most $ 3 in a local .99 cents store. I contacted them to request a full refund, but they said they will only refund 10%. I wrote back and forth several times to them, each time a different person responds to me. I also contacted Paypal, as the payment went through them. Please advise me, I need support getting my refund. I have tried to locate a video on Facebook to send you but it seems they have taken it down. Thank you.
