Miles Terra is a fraud Don’t pay

My father got a phone call from Ron Stevens he gave him the number of 844-705-2648 extension 222019
And my father was told this was very important and he was looking for me.
So my father gave me his info, I called and a receptionist picked up the phone I gave him the extension and I was transferred. Ron Stevens didn’t pick up instead a man named Miles Terra answered. He was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to tell me he was going to sue me for a payday loan I took out 3 years ago. I asked him for information so I could validate the debt but he became upset and threaten me with a lawsuit. He wouldn’t give me any of his “business” information and claim he couldn’t send me anything to validate the debt… I called the collection company who owns the debt per my credit report… and they said they didn’t know a miles terra or Ron Stevens…. Don’t pay these ppl their scam artist

I got a phone message from Ron Stevens who said he had an urgent, private matter. His number was 855-714-6363. I called Miles Terra. He was forceful and wanted me to settle the matter immediately, or my media file would be forwarded to my jurisdiction courthouse. he said I needed to make good on a bank account from eight years ago for $2720.29, but would settle for $940.92. He said it would take 80 days for them to get her the file. He said if I didn't sign the paperwork, someone would serve papers on me tomorrow and I would be in court on Friday. He had my husband's social security number. They said their address was 11801 Pierce St, 2nd Fl, Riverside CA 92505. Fax number 855-710-6277. he was persistent, saying it was in my best interest to settle this, wanted 30% down on my credit card. he said "let me talk to Council and see if I can get it knocked down. He put me on hold. He came back and said good news, I can knock it down to 15%. Then he said I see your account was opened in 1970. I said I don't think so, I was born in 1970. He said oh, he was sorry, he was looking at someone else's account. I said I think you're scamming me. He said then how would he have all of my information. He said he gets his info from the BMV. I said the BMV has our current address, not the one you have from 16 years ago. I gave him the number on my expired prepaid card with .48 cents on it.
