I made a purchase from this scammer believing it was a reputable merchant in the beginning of September. I ordered 4 flannels, a jacket, and sweatpants. The tracking number and website I was given didn’t work, which was my first sign something was off. The website I was given to track the package was https://www.track718.us/. I contacted the merchant and they assured me my package would arrive, and expressed that my tracking number did indeed work. I had to contact them multiple times for updates, until they told me the package arrived. It never did. I told the merchant my package never arrived, and that I wanted a refund. They told me after contacting the courier, they were told the courier lost the package, and that they could reship it, or give me a refund. I decided on reshipping, but told them if I didn’t receive it again, I wanted a refund. After not receiving the package a second time, I informed the merchant, and they said I must just have an issue receiving mail. I have lived here almost 4 years and never had issues with deliveries. They offered me a 75% refund. I told them that was ridiculous. They then told me they would issue a 100% refund, but it could take 15-25 days to appear in my account. I felt that was the confirmation I needed to know I am being scammed. I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, and even sent my bank the emails, but my bank denied it. At one point I accused them of being scammers, and I got this poignant response about how they are a reputable merchant.
