I ordered a cornflower bird feeder for Mothers Day, after 2 months I received the bird feeder. It was not what I ordered and it was also broken in 3 places due to poor construction, this was not damaged in shipping. Please help me obtain a refund from this company

I placed an order on the 30th April for handmade magnolia bird feeder, sherwood fern fairy with bird feeder and aurora crystal wind chimes and have tried to chase up as the amount was 89.97 USD and no luck in getting in touch with the store. Can you assist me?

I placed an order for two Handmade Sensation Coneflower Bird Feeders, as gifts for Mother's Day. I noticed last week that the items still had not shipped, or at least I hade not received a notification. I then sent an email to the Seller, which I did not receive a reply. Today I tried to visit the website to view my order and the webpage has been shut down. Can you assist me with receiving a refund from this Seller?
