An executive at my company lost his mother. I ordered flowers from the company using my corporate credit card, as well as personally from our CEO using his personal credit card. I looked up "florists near me" on google and Terry's Flowers came up. i called them first because i was looking for a specific type of flower. They told me they did not have that and i did not think much of it because it was an odd request. i then placed the two separate orders online. after i placed the second order, i received a call asking if they could deliver next day instead of same day. i realized i ordered out of the same day window and next day was totally fine. the following night, i realized that i never received delivery confirmation of the order. i pulled up my order confirmation and was surprised at how generic it was. i decided to dig a little deeper on the website. i saw at the bottom of the page it said they are located in Las Vegas. i immediately googled them and all the scams came up. i felt so stupid i didnt do more due diligence before placing the order, especially because it was work related. i send them an email to provide delivery confirmation. the next morning i called and the woman on the phone said she would have to call me back, she needed to confirm with the driver. order #1 was received, the recipient emailed me to thank me. i asked her if she received the second order, she said no. i called again and emailed. i kept being told that they were checking with their manager. i told them to just cancel it, i paid for it to be delivered the prior day, and after reading scams and reviews i no longer wanted to work with this company. i got the runaround from 8am-4pm. finally i told them i was disputing the charge with my credit card company, and they refunded. it could have been worse, but this is a scam company. they try to come off as a local, small business but they are not. i have no idea where they are and how they operate but i know it's not good. do not use this company. beware.
