I wanted to order my husband some "retractable" ratchet straps for Christmas. Everywhere was sold out of them and around Christmas they were more expensive. But I thought I had found a website that advertised these particular straps for $69.99. So I ordered them on December 16 2024, I finally received them about a week ago. When opening the torn package they came in I realized that they were just a typical set of regular strap ratchets. They were not what I was expecting especially for the price. I have since contacted Tessieshop and they claim that I received what I had ordered. So, this was my bad. I just want to let people to avoid ordering products over seas. What you think you are ordering may not be what you receive. I am now out of $69.99 and for what I paid I could have purchased the same product for less than $20.
