I went online to a site selling toy poodles. I contacted the breeder. It seemed legit. I was told they would supply transportation from Arkansas to Pensacola Florida with a coupon. I sent $500 to the breeder via Moneygram. Was then told the coupon expired. The company supposedly flying the pup was called Petair flyer and I had to pay a refundable $950 to a Frank Brown in Little Rock for a safety crate. Next day they asked for a refundable $1200 more for insurance. The pup was to be delivered the next day. NOT. Was told the pup was flown to Atlanta and I would have to pay $2000 to get the pup out of quarantine. I knew then I was scammed...no pup existed. Petair flyer has a Russian address I discovered after this.

Seems like a legit website (proper SSL certificate) for dog puppy sales, but seems to be a scam as they require form of payment to be via Western Union, or Walmart pay in person system and to make a deposit to the name of George Maxwell. Their websites states they do not take credit card payments which is a red flag. They provided us with a pay-pal email which makes no sense. When we called the phone number the man (with a strong English accent) said to communicate via email and via phone. They male seemed uncomfortable speaking over the phone. When we asked for the availability of a puppy, they mentioned via email that they were shipped from Richmond Virginia, very close from where I live at. We asked to drive and pick the puppy up (so we could actually see the dogs and pick one out), but they requested a BEFORE we could even see them. All of this is very confusing and strange as even the email communications do not even have proper grammar. Nowhere in the website says the name of the owners and is not registered as a business in the state of Virginia. Please be CAREFUL WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS, SPECIALLY WHEN THEY ASK TO KNOW A BIT OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU!! All of the mentioned above can be verified with a list of emails that can be male available.

They showed pictures of a poodle puppy and contacted by phone and email. Eventually asking me for $500 to ship the puppy to me, while also adding charges for insurance and home delivery. They wanted payment through money gram or western union because that is a cash transaction and is very difficult to trace. I thankfully learned my lesson before I gave them the money.
