Do not buy from TetraTCG. I made a pre-order purchase of one piece OP-07 trading card game on 12/14/2023 with a release date of 06/28/2024. I sent them an email on July 3, 10 and 13 with no reply. On July 17th they replied saying they are currently experience delay and if they do not hear from their distributor they will issue me a refund in a week. I did not hear from them, so I emailed them on JULY 23, 29, Sept 18 and OCT 13. They have not replied to my email since. I am out $999. I contacted my credit card company and they will not protect me. Please help.

I ordered product from tetra tcg on December 7th. This was a pre order for product coming out at end of March. When end of March came around, I still had not received the product. I continued to inquire throughout the next couple weeks as my suspicions began to grow. Come June 7th I have still not received it and I see the vendor now has the same product I paid for ($1000) listed on their website for ($3000). How can they sell something that allegedly they were so behind on in orders that I was "7 orders behind." This is likely because they use peoples pre order money as capital to front the costs of purchasing product from the distributor, then jack the price up of that product if the market price goes up when release date drops. If price doesn't go up or in fact goes down (game flops) then they assume no risk and just take your ($1000) money and deliver the product you purchased.
