I applied to job advertised on LinkedIn.com and received and email asking for more information on experiences and skills related to the position. I sent them my resume and basic information such as my location. I received a second email asking me to complete assessment test and to fill out an employee application that included my name, email address, current employment status, and name of the bank used for payroll. The following day I receive and job offer letter that included information on the position and training required for the role. The training was to paid out of my pocket and the company would reimburse me the cost at a later date. The only communication was through email and text messages. I did not speak or interview with a person in a psychical or virtual setting.
