The names used were "James Thomas Dacus" aka "Brian Tomo" email [email protected] and "Teaqua S Mauldin" and email [email protected]. I used "Zelle" thru my bank at USAA to make a purchase online. The website was Texas Gun Shop.com. I made a purchase of a firearm and gave my FFL point of contact (POC) here in Collierville, TN for delivery. I searched for the address. 4730 Rittiman Rd, San Antonio, TX 78218 and spoke to a "Action Pawn Shop" rep who stated that they were aware of this scam and they were trying to report this as well. The fraudulent charge was for $583.89h was debited from my Checking account with USAA Federal Saving Bank. I called "Action Pawn" at his number tel:210-662-0441 .

Contact Texas Gun Shop via web page and made order for gun they requested payment by Zelle which I did. Received conformation and ordered number with estimated deliver date. No ship conformation was received e-mailed them and they said they were working on shipment. Tried calling but there was no answer, request and update and haven't received any reply. I started checking online and found and different number and called Texas Gun Shop in San Angelo, Tx 1(325)948-0020 and they said they didn't have an online service and the site I went to is a scam and I wasn't the first.
