Trying to make an appointment to check out home for storm damage and repair.

She stated only a twenty-minute inspection and cost for repair or repairs.

Told the supervisor Nancy that we do not have any damage but she insisted we have had three to six hail storms in my area.

Told her we have not had hail in my area but she just kept insisting they are professionals and it needs to be checked. She also told me they would be in the area from about 7 am to 9 pm with all the credentials to show me they are listed with the ScamPulse.com.

So while she was talking about "Texas One Services" Company, I was checking online and was not able to find a listing for the name she gave me. The first female "Leslie" told me it was spelled with the number "1" not "One" then when "Nancy" was telling me about the Company she said it was spelled as "One".

Also called the number that they called me from and it went straight to busy tone first time and next time went to a "not a working number".

I told Nancy to mail me the company information and I would look it over and give them a call if needed.

She already had my correct name and address.

Too many bad things were picked up and just not right so this must be a scam.

The roofing scammers from Texas One Services are back. I get several calls a year from them each time from a different number but the same sorry spiel. No I have not seen any of their signs in my neighbors' lawn. Never. No I don't want you at my house tomorrow at either 10AM or 5PM.

This company calls every phone line we own, on a weekly basis to ask about our roof. At first we politely explained that our roof was new, but that never stopped them from calling again. It's usually the same guy that calls us and he has now started harassing is on the phone when we answer, often laughing at us when we answer him and then he acts like a child and tells us our address, I can only assume to let us know he knows where we live. I could see how this very well could be intimidating to someone by his actions. Fortunately for myself, I wouldn't have any issue taking care of the wayward individual if they ever do so choose to step foot on our property. I would advise these "roofing" companies to vet their cold calling services at all on order to salvage their own reputation.
