I contacted this man on Craigslist to remove a billboard and haul it to the location I wanted it at. He never came through with the job. He wanted half of the money for the job and I gave him half of the money the other half would be given to him once he completed the job. He would just make excuse after excuse and never came through with the job he was suppose to do for me. He even gave me receipt with his signature says Texas Proud Construction licensed and bonded and has his number on it.
