I received a phone call around the 1st of the month in December 2021 around 4:45pm EST. I picked up the phone and he said his name was Benjamin Albert. He said he was a detective with the Texas Sheriff and he gave me a badge number 1500772. He then gave me a tax number which was 70106. He said someone else was going to get in to touch with me he said they had surrounded a house in Texas and when they went in it, the people had gotten away, but they found my ID. He said since they found my ID, he could arrest me, because it had something to do with cocaine and they found blood in the house, and I could get arrested for this and that. And that I'm not supposed to discuss this with anyone because it is under investigation and that someone else would get in touch with me. The person who got in touch with me was Jordan Miller. He got in touch with me through Direct Express. I've been paying my bills through Direct Express and AAA took out my back pay I owed them $47. Now when they went to take $160 something off the card, they said the card was declined. So, I asked AAA can you call Direct Express why they won't let the money go through. So, AAA called Direct Express and AAA came back and said Direct Express came back and said they needed to talk with me. I was calling Direct Express, couldn't get through next thing you know Mr. Jordan called me 18303398799. He called me and said he was the reason why the card said nonsufficient funds, because he needed me to go do something else with that money that was on the card. Then he told me to go to the nearest ATM machine which is up at the corner store. So, I went to the machine, he stayed on the phone with me, he told me to take $500 and take it out $100 at a time. AS I did that, he told me take that money to Walgreens, so I went straight to Walgreens. He told me I had to purchase 5 gift cards for $100 a piece, he wanted a certain kind, but Walgreens was sold out, so I got other green Xbox gift cards. He said to go home and give him the numbers, but I only had so many minutes on my phone, so I went outside and gave him the numbers. The next day he called me back, and said two of the card numbers were wrong, so I gave him the numbers over again. Then, he assured me I would get my money back on my card through Direct Express and someone would come to my house on Monday to get these cards and put my money back on the card. Then nobody come around 9 or 10 on Monday, so I started calling the police and everybody,, the police gave me a police report, the consumer people put in an alert, so if they use my social security they would know about it. Them being able to use Direct Express, Direct Express tell AAA that I don't have more money on my card. Mr. Jordan Miller on 12-14 or 12-15 called me back to tell me that somebody had mixed up my address, they were trying to get in touch with me, he was still the police detective and everything, but I cussed him out, I don't care if you are, I need to you get my money back and I hung up the phone because the police told me not to talk to them. After that, I received another call from Mr. Jordan Miller the next day from a different number 15133066212. When I called this number back she said she didn't know how they used her number to call me, because they scammed her too, she said everything about the Texas that they had told me too. Says she is a white lady she has one of those green cards and she works and she was scammed for $150 Kaitlyn Morris. Today 12-10 I called the first number that Mr. Jordan gave me, they answered like they were a business working for Direct Express.
