I received a call from Ron Johnson and he kept me on the phone for an hour before I figured out it was a scam. He told me his badge # was RJ3697US. He said I had won $950,000 and a 2015 ford Ranger from the Texas State Lottery and Publishing Clearing House. He said my confirmation number was 18669965997 and my code number was 232373. After talking for an hour he told me I had to send $190 to collect my prize money. I told him I did not have the money and he insisted that I borrow the money from a friend or the bank or something so I could collect my prize and then I could pay back the loan. I told him I thought this was a scam and hung up.
