713..517.7437 / 713.283.3878. THAT IS ALL THAT IS ON THE BUSINESS CARD. Below is a copy of the email I sent to this John Hernandez and I have not heard back from him till this day. I searched the internet and his business does not exist. He scammed me on a toilet job and painting he also painted my garage which is already peeling off after two weeks. I think this guy is using the name of other good Texas businesses to run his scam and I think he should be exposed.

Hello John / Juan Hernandez,
You came to my house on 06/27/2024 to install a toilet that I purchased from the LOWE Store. I paid you $140.00. Right after you left with my money, I discovered that the toilet was NOT SEALED to the floor. It makes a noise and moves when I sit on it and when I get up from it. You also took the new floor bolt covers that my toilet came with thereby leaving the two bolts uncovered.
I have called your phone numbers on your business card more than SEVEN times, you called me back one time and said you will be back on 7/3/2024 to fix the problem, but you NEVER showed up. I have also called you again about 5 times since 7/4/2024 and yet no answer.
I need you to call me today, return the screw covers and complete the job for which I have paid you for.
