Text message that says "Your shipping order is on hold due to an incomplete street address in the shipping information, check please (with the link) The link will take you to what it looks like the USPS website and will ask for the information and then the next page will ask for the card number for the $3.00 "redelivery fee" which is fraud USPS does not charge for redelivery.
