There was an ad on Facebook for Vera Bradley Outlet Sale. I ordered items totaling $59.90. They did not disclose it was coming from China. I would never have ordered if I had known. I emailed customer support right away and was assured it was coming and I would receive tracking info soon.

I was notified by my bank later in the day that there was suspicious activity on my account. I shut off the debit card the same day. After multiple emails to customer support I received tracking info written in Chinese. They claim to have delivered my order on 11/11/23. I have contacted the post office, they have not had any delivery from Vera Bradley or Textilehiveonline and the tracking number is not valid.

Customer support claims it was delivered and I should check with the post office. They have never responded with my request for a delivery service name.

I have also requested a refund for items never received, today's response was "we can offer a 20% refund."
