This man stopped by my parents house and offered to blacktop my parent's driveway because he had some leftover blacktop from doing a highway project. He completed the job and less than a week later there were weeds growing through it. My parents called and complained and the man came to check it out, said he would be back in a week to fix the problem. That was over a month ago and now they have called, left messages and are not getting any response. The man never came back to fix the problem. Nobody answers the phone and the phone number doesn't seem legitimate because it says no voicemail has been set up and you can't leave a message.
